Our Terms of Engagement are based on those recommended by our trade body, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

All Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies in the UK must operate in compliance with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003. We comply with these and the higher standard required for REC Members. You may see full details of their Code of Conduct and Good Practice by clicking on the REC logo below, but some of the commitments which relate to our relationships with work seekers are:-

We will make no charge to you for our services.
 
2.
We will only send your cv/information to companies specifically agreed with you.
 
3.
We only advertise live jobs where permission has been given to us by the potential employer.
 
4.
We meet all candidates prior to interview and you must provide evidence of your identity and ability to work in the UK.
 
5.
We will treat your information confidentially and only release information with your permission.
 
6.
We will keep you informed of the progress in seeking work for you.
 
7.
We promise to pay our temporary and contract workers promptly.
 
8.
We promote equal opportunity and diversity in the work place.
