Our Terms of Business are based on those recommended by our trade body, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation.

All Employment Businesses and Employment Agencies in the UK must operate in compliance with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003. We comply with these and the higher standard required for REC Members. You may see full details of their Code of Conduct and Good Practice by clicking on the REC logo below, but some of the commitments which relate to our relationships with employers are:-

All candidates introduced to employers have given their specific permission for their details to be submitted.
 
2.
We will seek references for all candidates once you have agreed to interview.
 
3.
We will meet all candidates and confirm their identity and ability to work in the UK prior to interview.
 
4.
We will treat information confidentially.
 
5.
We will not "poach" any employees from a client employer unless the employee approaches us directly with a request to obtain alternative employment/contract and puts the request in writing.
